Valeris acted as advisor to the founders when a global e-commerce market leader was divested.

A global online leader in a consumer goods segment outside of Sweden has had a change of ownership. Following a global sales process, the owners and founders of the company chose an industrial partner as future owner, where the new owner views the company as a growth segment that complements their existing range of products.
