Valeris Advisory acted as advisor to Torpheimer Group in the acquisition of Ventilation & Inomhusklimat Sverige AB (V & I). V & I has established a strong position in the ventilation market throughout the Stockholm area and the acquisition strengthens the Torpheimer Group in the expansive Stockholm market and is a step in its strategy to broaden its offer as a total supplier of installations. The Torpheimer Group is one of the largest privately-owned installation companies in Sweden.

V & I is active primarily in ventilation with a strong position in the aftermarket throughout Stockholm. The company is based in Södertälje.
