Valeris Advisory advised Scanjet Group in the divestment of its shares in Elpanneteknik AB.

Elpanneteknik AB is a company engaged in environmentally friendly electric boilers. The company has offices in Nyköping, Bankeryd and Gothenburg, Sweden. By the 2nd of February 2016 Scanjet Holding AB sold its 37.5% stake in Elpanneteknik.
