In 2023, Valeris acted as an advisor to Piktiv's owners in the sale of Piktiv to Generate Group (Generate). A transaction that is now made public. Generate invests in IT consulting companies with high quality and potential and is backed by Aspira Partners. Piktiv is an IT consulting company active within three business areas: Software Development, Game Development and Growth Services. The company has offices in Skövde and Örebro and a highly interesting customer base, among other things based on its position as a supplier to Skövde's cluster of innovative gaming companies. Piktiv had a turnover of approximately SEK 64 million in 2023 with excellent profitability. Piktiv's founder and principal owner Jonas Bjering is also appointed as a board member of Generate.

Valeris acted as advisor in the sale of Scanjet to Alfa Laval

Valeris has acted as advisor to Scanjet's owners in the sale of Scanjet to Alfa Laval. Scanjet is a global market leader within tank cleaning machines for the marine industry. The company's ITAMA concept (Intelligent Tank Management) is a uniquely broad product portfolio for tank management. Scanjet was founded in 1994 and has a large installed base and a strong position in the aftermarket. The company currently has revenues of approximately SEK 300 million with good profitability.

Valeris has carried out a global M&A-process in which both industrial players and PE companies, from Asia to the USA, have demonstrated great interest. Alfa Laval was selected as the preferred buyer and with its product portfolio and global market position will be able to further develop Scanjet's offering.

Valeris has acted as financial advisor to Förskolan Olympen's owner Roland Johansson in the sale to ThorénGruppen, one of Sweden's largest privately owned education companies. Olympen operates three preschool units and one compulsory school unit in Stockholm municipality, with the opportunity to start three more units in the near future. Olympen was founded in 1994 and was one of the pioneers in independent school operations in Sweden. Today Olympen has sales of approximately SEK 60 million with good profitability.

In a broad process where several players showed great interest, the choice ultimately fell on the ThorénGruppen, which with its broad platform has a good opportunity to develop Olympens´ operations further.

Skogsglögg is one of Sweden’s largest brands of mulled wine (in swedish: glögg) and is entirely based on berries from Bergslagen, Sweden. The brand was founded in 2001 and has, thanks to its quality, developed into one of Sweden’s leading mulled wine brands, with a strong market position and a number of awards and test wins. The business has been conducted with very good profitability and there are several opportunities for the new owner to develop the brand in the future. With this acquisition, Spendrups expands into a new market segment.

Valeris Advisory has acted as advisor to Bolero's owner Erland Fristedt in the sale of Bolero AB to NetNordic, a Norwegian IT-company owned by Norvestor and employees. Through long-term work with solid quality thinking, Bolero has established itself as a dominant player in IT consulting services within infrastructure and security in the Stockholm area, with very strong customer relationships. Bolero was founded in 1989 but shaped its current focus when Erland joined the company in 1999. Bolero has since then built up its position in the operation of business-critical infrastructure, combined with high competence in applications and tools for AI and security. Bolero has sales of approximately SEK 270 million with strong profitability.

Valeris Advised Polarpumpen in the Divestment of its Shares to Bygghemma

Valeris Advisory acted as adviser when Polarpumpen was divested to bygghemma. 
Polarpumpen AB, the market leader in Sweden in online sales of heat pumps and installation services, was acquired on the 24th of April by bygghemma Sverige AB. Polarpumpen has also developed a management system to manage the work of completing installations carried out by third parties. Polarpumpen has its office in Gothenburg. Following a process that drew strong interest, Polarpumpen's owners chosed bygghemma as its future partners in the company's expansion into other Nordic markets. Involved parties estimate synergies in both expansion in geographic markets and in installation skills.

Valeris contributes to Torpheimergruppen´s expansion

Valeris Advisory acted as advisor to Torpheimergruppen in the acquisition of Ställverksgrabbarna AB. The acquisition strengthens Torpheimergruppen within the switchgear segment and is a step in Torpheimergruppen’s strategy to expand its offering as a provider of complete installations. Torpheimergruppen is one of the largest, privately owned, HVAC and electrical installation companies in Sweden.

Torpheimergruppen announced this week the acquisition of Ställverksgrabbarna AB. Ställverksgrabbarna is a company within installation, testing, commissioning, service and project management within electrical systems. The company is based in Norrköping in Sweden.

Valeris advised Scanjets in the acquisition of the british PSM.

Valeris Advisory acted as advisor to Scanjet Holding in the acquisition of British PSM Instrumentation. The acquisition is another step in Scanjets strategy to broaden its offering in ITAMA - Intelligent Tank Management.

Scanjet today presented at the Marine trade fair Asia Pacific Maritime 2016 in Singapore, the acquisition of British PSM Instrumentation Ltd. PSM is a leader in pressure sensors for tanks in the marine market. The acquisition complements Scanjets product range within the ITAMA concept.

Elpanneteknik AB is a company engaged in environmentally friendly electric boilers. The company has offices in Nyköping, Bankeryd and Gothenburg, Sweden. By the 2nd of February 2016 Scanjet Holding AB sold its 37.5% stake in Elpanneteknik.

Valeris Advisory acted as advisor when ab1 Group AB was sold to the US based IPsoft.
